Refund policy

We want you to be happy with Ledge Pro. You can try it first: the free version has no time limit, and new installs include a 48-hour trial of the Pro features.

14-day refund

If you buy Ledge Pro and it isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and ask for a refund. We'll refund you in full, with no questions needed.

What to include

• The email address you used to buy Ledge Pro.
• Your order number or licence key, if you have it (it's in your receipt).

How it works

• Refunds go back to the payment method you used. They can take a few days to show up, depending on your bank.
• Once a refund is made, your licence key stops working and Ledge goes back to the free features on your Mac.
• Your payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, who sells Ledge Pro on our behalf. The refund is paid through them.

If something doesn't work, please tell us first at [email protected]. We'll do our best to fix it. Asking for help doesn't stop you from asking for a refund.

Your legal rights as a consumer aren't affected by this policy.
